Morning

  1. Wash face with plain water
  2. apply aloe vera to the hole face including lips, neck and deckolage
    • it smoothes and evens out the skin (like a primer)
    • here is a video with results
  3. rub a moisturizer with sun screen between your fingers and apply it to your face
  4. apply a lip balm with sunscreen
  5. Apply a morning topical serum to the pimples, blemishes, under the eyes and to the lips
  6. apply castor oil to eyelashes

 

Evening

  1. Spray a bit of rose water on the whole face, neck and deckolage
    • here is a video with results
    • shouldn’t be used during the day because it reduces the protection of sunscreen
  2. Apply aloe vera to face, neck and deckolage
    • here is a video with results
  3. Apply an evening oil face moisturizer to the whole face, neck and decollage
  4. Apply vitamin E below the eyes and on your lips
  5. apply castor oil to eyelashes
  6. if you have pimples, apply tea tree oil just on the pimples
    • apply this after the oil moisturizer, not before, in order to avoid getting tea tree oil accidentally into your eyes

 

Once a Week

  1. Apply a honey face mask and let it sit as long as you can (don’t forget the lips)
  2. Wash your face using a peeling wash gel with a rotating face brush
  3. apply a moisturizing oil (night) or cream (day)
  4. if you have pimples, apply a topical serum (day) or tea tree oil (night) just on the pimples
  5. apply castor oil to eyelashes
